My Space Robot

Pick the part that gets the robot past. Nova says it out loud.

Observation Ages 3 to 6 No account

A robot walks across a planet and meets something in its way. The child chooses the leg or the arm that will get it past. Nova, the little robot's companion, asks the question out loud and says well done — so the game works even before reading.

How your child plays

Something blocks the way

A hole, a wall, soft sand, steps, a rock, a river, the wind. Fourteen situations in all, drawn plainly enough that a three-year-old sees the problem without a word of explanation.

Three parts to choose from

Spring legs jump the hole. Wheels climb the slope. Rocket legs clear the wall. Tracks cross the sand. A claw arm moves the rock, wings cross the ravine. Ten parts, and several situations can want the same one — that is what makes twenty planets out of ten pieces.

Nova speaks

Every obstacle carries two spoken lines: the question, and the congratulation. The child never has to read anything.

Twenty planets

Each has its own name, its own scenery and its own run of obstacles — three at the start, eight at the end. A planet opens when the previous one is finished, and only then.
